Gifts that Keep on Giving

The nouveau riche now know what to do with their money.  After watching trailblazers in entertainment lose their financial legacies due to mismanagement and tax evasion, ACACIA ULTD has paid special attention to people who have learned how to make their money work for the good of the community.

The following entertainers have found inspiring ways to give back, and we call these endeavors Play Dough.

The Common Ground Foundation is dedicated to the empowerment and development of urban youth in the United States.  The Foundation is committed to empowering youth in urban neighborhoods and providing life skills needed to achieve their dreams.

Keep a Child Alive is dedicated to providing life-saving anti-retroviral treatment, care and support services to children and families whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India by directly engaging the global public in the fight against AIDS.

Jill ScottBlues Babe Foundation

The Blues Babe Foundation was formed for the purpose of nurturing college-bound students of color, ages 16-21, artistically and academically.  The Foundation seeks to provide financial support and mentoring for those students who have shown the aptitude and commitment to their education, but whose families may not have the resources to ensure completion of their undergraduate degrees.

Shawn “Jay-Z” CarterShawn Carter Scholarship Fund

The Fund provides disadvantaged youth, non-traditional high school graduates, GED recipients, and those who have been formerly incarcerated an opportunity to fulfill their desire to attend college.
